ShoesTV discovered a new brand called Boot Tapas at TRANSIT LA Shoe Show at California Market Center. The collection features five "bottoms," or ankle boots, and a myriad of "tops," that can be zipped on and off the boots--offering endless looks. From a Union Jack flag to metallic and cheetah print--there is something for everyone! ShoesTV host Alicia Gentile got the scoop from Boot Tapas designer Jessica Collins.

I want two pair and of course the leggings to go with I picked the most expensive. I will dream about them tonight. Monaca Huckaby from Nacogdoches, TX says, I bought these boots at Zacki's in Lindale, Texas today and they are so so pretty! The brown flat boot with the peacock top. They didn't have the boot in my size and it will be 4-5 days before i actually receive them. I am a compulsive buyer and don't normally buy things i can't take home with me that day, so that give you an idea of just how special you feel when you slide this beautiful work of art of your foot, lol.
