Christian Louboutin, right, gazes at his muse Dita Von Teese at the launch part for his exhibition at The Design Museum in London.
“A lot of people like to go into my shoe collection because I have a really close friend named Christian Louboutin," Von Teese told Yahoo! "I get a lot of custom shoes made and so people like to see what he does for me."
In addition to the Dita Von Teese hologram and the vast array of red-bottoms on display, visitors will be greeted by a giant 3D holographic image of burlesque dancer Dita Von Teese wearing Louboutin. The exhibition will also explore the shoe designer’s influences and his approach to the design of women’s footwear.

This shoe display at The Design Museum is like a tiny carnival ride--with red-bottoms in every seat.
If you are in London, the Louboutin exhibition at The Design Museum is a must see. It runs through July 9, 2012.
Designs like this will be dsiplayed at the exhibition in honor of French shoe designer Christian Louboutin.
In addition to the exhibition, Disney recently chose the iconic shoe designer to create a Cinderella style heel for the Diamond Blu-ray release of the classic movie "Cinderella." On top of the great honor from Disney, Louboutin also designed shoes for the dancers at The Crazy Horse in Paris.
