The "World's Most Beautiful Woman" Falls Flat

Beyonce Knowles may have just given birth, but she looks fierce, and people are noticing. People magazine just crowned her the "World's Most Beauiful Woman" Giving birth to baby Blue in January seems to have changed Beyonce’s priorities and she spoke out on her new no-nonsense approach to style--and shoes. ShoesTV has the details.

Beyonce's People magazine cover was announced yesterday.
Knowles admitted to cutting two inches off her own hair and eschewing a stylist. “I just parted it in the middle and chh-chh-chh!” she told People magazine.
The “World’s Most Beautiful Woman” has switched from skyscraper-stilettos to loafers and oxfords. She loves them because she is much more comfortable carrying Blue around in flats, and they allow her to be her “true, relaxed self”. She was also spotted in New York wearing $660 Charlotte Olympia Kitty Flats.

Knowles rocked these Kitty Flats by Charlotte Olympia this week in New York City.
As much as this style transformation has (pleasantly) surprised us, it has surprised Knowles, too. She never thought she would stop rocking heels. According to the glamour girl, Jay-Z likes her better this way--natural and herself.
Although she has descended the "high maintenance" scale, Beyonce seems more confident. She admitted that giving birth has made her feel ‘more connected’ and more beautiful. “The best thing about having a daughter is having a true legacy”, she boasted. The word "love" has a completely different meaning for her now, she confessed. Baby Blue makes her feel as if she has a higher purpose on earth.
Although breast feeding baby Blue helped Beyonce lose a lot of her pregnancy weight, she has stepped up on the treadmill again. She has been following a strict protein-based diet, and working out four-and-a-half hours every week, doing a combination of cardio and crunches.
Whatever she is doing-it's working. Beyonce looks great--just check out her spread in People Magazine's Beauty issue.
